My download speeds were stuck at 1.45Mb/s even though I have a 1000Mbp/s line, I created that EACore.ini file so origin launches in R&D Mode, and the speeds were bumped up to 12Mb/s. My friends are at my house and their pc's download at 80Mb/s.
