May 12, 2020 · All works fine with kernel 5.8 : I don't use Kali but I successful installed Ubuntu 20.04 with 5.8 mainline kernel. Both AMD and Nvidia GPU works after a little work. I can say that Ryzen 4800H with gtx 1660 works whith ubuntu and 5.8 mainline kernel but not with kernel lower than 5.7.

Choose beginning and press continue. Then select "done setting up" and afterwards "finish partitioning". From here on, follow the on-screen instructions and your system should install.
Nov 8, 2014 · However now my computer hangs on a black screen of death before login and after loading windows, which I think either has to do with my video drivers or my failed attempt of partitioning kali linux. Either way, I am looking for a way to revert the installation or abort/uninstall the current progress I had made on my hard drive.
