Feb 20, 2024 · This occurs in Windows 10 and Windows 11. These are on new computers, computers where previous Office versions were uninstalled and installed the new Office version. I discovered that OUTLOOK.EXE is found in the "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE". I can run Outlook from double-clicking on OUTLOOK.EXE.

Aug 18, 2024 · My web hosting service who also supports my email address does not support Microsoft's New cloud-based Outlook app and therefore I need to use the Classic version. I have already downloaded my Microsoft 365 applications to a new computer and cannot figure out how to revert back to Classic Outlook. Thank you for your help.-Darren
