After setting up your account on my.gov.au, you can then link ATO online services to your my.gov.au account. You will be asked some verification questions to link your account automatically.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up called MyGov and found out that it was because recently I changed my mobile number on MyGov and I have been told that now I need to set up a whole new account :( Obviously you need to keep the same mobile number for your entire life.
Feb 29, 2024 · I created an account yesterday and wanted to find my TFN, however when I tried to login, it was stuck on a loop. I have tried clearing cache and history, 3 different devices and different browsers. I have tried both digital identity and the normal login, however the normal login says my password is wrong and when I try to reset password, it makes me try to answer two random questions I have never filled out.

To check and update your myGov sign in option, go to Account settings > Sign in settings from the menu. Sep 25, 2019 · yes but the issue is when you try to create another it juist tells you to login using the email etc linked to the same account id as the one you cant access the number for so saying that does not help. <p>my old phone number is connected to my mygov account.
