Although you may still find the old releases of MikTeX MiKTeX Releases, you will quickly find out that the older versions are not avaliable anymore, e.g., MiKTeX 2.4 Status. I would strongly recommend you to ask a more specific question about the problem you are dealing with. For example, which style, class, package, etc. is not working.

In this case the real issue would be, that this seems nowhere to be mentioned in official MiKTeX documents or on MiKTeX.org (again: mistakes on my side are possible). So, what can be done then? Mar 28, 2013 · On that computer download the whole MiKTeX repository to a local folder. The best would be putting this folder on a removable disk, but later burning of an DVD-RW is possible as well. The download can be done with the net installer, if you change the installation setting from default to "Download MikTeX" and select then "Complete MikTeX".
miktex-zzdbl1-2.9.tar.lzma is one of the currently three "database" packages needed by the package management of the miktex console. It contains the actual list of packages. If miktex can't download miktex-zzdbl1, miktex-zzdbl2 and miktex-zzdbl3 the package installation of the console and the on-the-fly installation can't work.
