If you join the program through Visual Studio Enterprise or Visual Studio Professional, your subscription will automatically renew until your Visual Studio subscription expires.

The AI on the 1 800 865 9408 does not recognize any of the stated issues just HANGS up on you and tells you to go to the online help site but there is not help on the online help site.
