About MES. Murgaon Education Society’s College of Arts & Commerce is one of the premier institutions of higher education in the state of Goa. The college was founded by the great visionary and philanthropist Late Shri.
Bachelor of Commerce. The Department of Commerce was started in MES college along with its establishment in June 1972. In the initial period, the Department was catering to a night college to take care of employees working in and around Vasco who had not completed graduation.
