Also keep in mind the iq test you linked only measures matrix reasoning; a real IQ test is more comprehensive. Well, it really depends on your environment. 115 is quite good on a general population scale, but if you're working in some engineering-adjacent field, your IQ is barely the average there.
The most accurate atm, in my opinion, is the WAIS IV. It's a very long test (it takes multiple sessions), and measure different aspects of your IQ. It's not a 30 min matrix test. It has matrix, vocabulary, arithmetic, puzzles, compression, memory, and so on. So it's very complete.

I can’t comment much on how rigorous these conversions are, aside from that I personally think they appear to be made up without much thought or data.

Jan 25, 2021 · Take 🦅. Obviously it's not an official test so the result won't be recognized anywhere, but in my experience they were quite consistent with the actual test. If you are safely within the passing range when you take the Norway test, I'd say go for the actual test as well.
