Apr 15, 2018 · Hello everyone, I regularly use LibreOffice Impress (currently running version 6.0.3.2) for presentations and I noticed two issues that can be pretty annoying. The first one refers to embedded videos… I noticed that Impress shows a multimedia toolbar in the editing view, but as soon as the presenter console (i.e. full-screen presentation mode) is running, the video starts immediately and there seems to be no option like “start on click” or similar. Jun 19, 2018 · It can record your screen as you run your presentation. Save to MP4, WebM, MKV, AVI, WMV. It can also import PowerPoint files, so if you want you can save from Impress to that format and then import that into ActivePresenter. Make changes, enhancements - and then export to video. The free version is really quite amazing in its capabilities.

With the cursor within this border and selecting the right menu option ‘Edit with external tool’, the external editor displays these image(s) fine. Check export options, especially the output resolution (and probably jpeg compression) and alter values, e.g. 75 dpi resolution. .
