I just got a new Envy 15 x360 and the camera kill 'switch' is a button immediately to the right of the F12 key. It has an icon of a camera with a diagonal line going across the key. I had to figure out myself that the kill switch on this particular devise is located as a key on the keyboard, next to the power button/key. Just adding some clarity for anyone who was struggling like me!
