Jun 4, 2024 · Sadly, my 2019 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited, for the second time in my 5-year tenure with this vehicle, is now once again plagued by the well-known Galvanic Corrosion issue on all 4 doors and hood. This issue is endemic to the JL models 2018 to current where the manufacturing process employes new aluminum metal in the doors bonded to a dissimilar sheet metal material in the hinges.
Mar 5, 2022 · So my 100000 mi. Jeep Wrangler coded. P0344 camshaft position sensor intermittent. Replaced sensor, & PCM, still not working correctly. Viewed a silly U tube site that suggested disconnect the body and engine grounds, dress the connectors, use some dialectic paste and reconnect the grounds. Simple fix that worked.

Aug 2, 2007 · There's no exception, if you lifted your jeep, your castor angle is wrong and your steering demonstrates one or more of the following characteristics: 1) The steering wanders, particularly at higher speeds. 2) The steering wheel has a lot of play, usually 1-2" before the wheels turn. 3) The steering wheel doesn't center itself after a turn.

Aug 25, 2023 · Step 1 - drop the pan and remove all fluid and replace the filter. Step 2 - replace the fluid in the pan. Step 3 - look under the Jeep, passanger side and follow the lines going to the oil cooler. Find the block where the 4 lines go into it and remove the thermostat from the bottom of it.
