They said that if your biometric status on ircc website "Biometric status Tool" showing valid than you have to raise a web from and told them that you have a technical problem in GC Key portal.
Jul 26, 2017 · Hello, I have applied online for my student visa using GC Key I logged into my CIC account using Username and GC Key, however, answered the security questions incorrectly. Got a message indicating that account is locked and cannot be unlocked online then I created a new account and linked my old application in new succesfully!

However, im into new trouble. I forgot my password of my GC key , as well as the answers for security questions. Any advice on how to proceed further.
