If you want to install it using Windows Update , you need to wait for it in your updates. However if you can't wait and you want to install it , you can use the Windows 11 Update Assistant.

Jul 24, 2021 · Report abuse. If you are running a UEFI install, the message means your EFI system partition is too small for some reason. If you are running a new Legacy install, which is not authorized for Windows 11, you may have a 50 MB System Reserved Partition, which is too small.
When I click on the dropdown, there's only options for how long you want to pause the updates, 1-5 weeks. There is no option for "none", etc. The pause button itself is not clickable, as to toggle it on or off. I also went into the advanced options, and I don't noticeably see a way to turn them off.
