If you just need to make minor modifications to a PDF, using a PDF editor would be fine. Adobe Acrobat is a powerful PDF editor with all the features that a PDF file can do.
Jan 2, 2021 · Once translated into text, it can be edited in Word. Keep in mind, though, that conversion from pdf produces formatting quirks. Mar 12, 2019 · I have PDF documents saved in One-Drive. I need to edit them to add more information to the documents and save those. These are documents used three times each year and I have had them on One-Drive for a few years. This is the first year I have had issues. Thank you for your help.
Aug 19, 2017 · In OneNote 2016 (I think it is same in 2013...) go to Insert tab > Files group > File Printout to get the PDF into One Note. Then right click on it and select Copy text from This Page / All Pages of the Printout. This copies the text to the clipboard. You can paste it into OneNote or directly into Word for editing .

Feedback and suggestions go to the Developer team. Click on the three dots menu button. Go to Help and feedback. Click on Send feedback. Fill out the form.

Recent versions of Word can open PDF files, but Word can't necessarily edit the file; it depends on how the file was first created.
