As per the G.O. Ms No. 151 of LRS, the initial processing fee of LRS application will not be refunded. Refund of amount will be allowed by analysing the case by case, if a citizen submitted application and payment made for the Building or Layout which does not falls under HMDA Jurisdiction. The amount will be transferred to concerned local body.
