Feb 19, 2023 · I have rebooted the laptop, modem, router. I ran Windows update. I have Windows 10 pro. The laptop worked fine previously. My network adapter is dual 2.4 and 5.0 The new modem/router appears to only run 5.0. I do not recall if my laptop was previously able to connect to 5.0 but it does see a neighbor's labeled as 5.0.
May 24, 2019 · It is possible you need to either raise or lower the refresh rate for the monitor. To do this you can go to: Settings > System > Display > Advanced display settings > Find your second monitor and select "Display adapter properties" > In the new window that opens go to the "monitor" tab. Then there is a screen refresh rate dropdown box.
