Nov 9, 2021 · Call me cynical, but so many are now choosing the wrong reason just to get a free return label and a full refund! The return instructions are in the email from Amazon. Print the QR barcode return label or use mobile device showing the QR code. Take it to the nearest Hermes return point. Scan the QR code which will then print a return label.

Hermes lost a return item - an auto-authorised, Amazon supplied return label. I contacted Amazon for assistance when I noticed the item tracking was wrong, they advised writing a message to the buyer explaining the delay in refunding them.
