Dec 21, 2021 · It occurs when you have both a GRE and TOEFL account, as I think you've already discovered. I recreate it every morning, just to see it if has been fixed yet. I am able to stop the bug by manually logging out of the GRE account and then logging into the TOEFL account.

I am trying to login but am getting a new pop down from the browser asking for my Username and Password, not the typical one I see on the main page. The pop down has the website "https://www-qc.ets.org" listed which seems off.

Oct 1, 2023 · My failed GRE login is somehow triggering the login to the TOEFL account. I just can't wrap my head around this. This occurs even when I try on Chrome incognito mode. So there is no question of cached data. Could anyone help me out with this? I want to access my GRE account only at the moment.
