@Greg is correct, you can't use Google Earth Pro on anything but a desktop computer.

Copying the cache of "data" is relatively simple, its in clearly marked file or folder in the Google Earth User Folder. But the authentication is much harder, partly stems when Google Earth Pro used to be a paid application, so copying the authentication should be difficult. Ie so don't buy one licence, install and clone to lots of machines.
