Jan 22, 2022 · GOG Galaxy 2.0 was marketed as the way to solve that by integrating all mainstream platforms into a single interface. I was incredibly excited about it to the point where I built a new PC (5900X/RTX 3080) that could handle games I own with the intention of using GOG Galaxy 2.0 and Steam (Steam for Steam, and Galaxy for everything else).
The wish to release GOG Galaxy on Linux is one of the most voted wishes. Now the developers probably focus more on Galaxy 2.0 so it's more likely that Galaxy 2.0 will be released on Linux than the original Galaxy.

Oct 7, 2024 · It kept saying offline for me too. My fix: I closed GOG Galaxy, deleted the EA plugin folder, reopened GOG Galaxy and tried connecting again. By email, EA was giving a "technical difficulties" error, but logging in with my phone number worked. Try deleting the plugin folder.

Looks like the oldest comment on this is 2019. GOG Galaxy is the best launcher for all my services, BUT it does not have Big Picture mode. Given the time since this was requested, Oct 2019- Dec 2021 now, I am going to assume this is not happening. I will use Galaxy exclusively, if this is added. Until then, I will continue to use Launchbox.
