Did this icon used to be something else and then changed? It could be that the registry controlling which icon to use is corrupted.

When I have Explorer open, the scroll arrow on the right hand side has disappeared, the op one is still there. There are usually 2 lots, single and double at the top and bottom of the scroll bar. There is now just one at the top.

Go to Start , then select Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard, and then move the slider under On-Screen Keyboard. A keyboard appears on the screen that can be used to move around the screen and enter text. The keyboard will remain on the screen until you close it.
