This is because your decision may be based on a brief description or a photograph – so what you receive isn't always quite what you’d expected. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you are allowed to return an item if you simply change your mind.
May 20, 2021 · Tried the web chat, it no longer exists!!! There is just no way to contact them!!! It took me 34 seconds to speak to an agent from the link provided. First type in 'Speak to agent' then it'll ask why then it will transfer you. I have tried always as suggested above and you just cannot get an instant chat with Currys.
May 16, 2020 · The UK didn't implement the directive as our legislation (which at the time was the Sale of goods act) gives consumers up to 6 years to attempt a resolution for faulty goods. After more than 6 months from purchase, the onus is still on the consumer to show an inherent fault (one that was there at the time of purchase although it may not have been apparent at that time).
Dec 4, 2020 · We do not intend to accept the goods because it is our contention, as UK consumers, that Currys is in breach of contract under the terms of The Consumer Rights Act of 2015, legislation which holds that it is an implied term of contract that goods when delivered be as described, be fit for purpose, and be of satisfactory quality.

The should go only to currys.co.uk. Check who the email is from, if it isn't from an email address that has @currys.co.uk, it is possible that Curry's are using a marketing company to run the prize draw, but if so, you need to check that the email address is correct for that company. If you don't know how to do this, please don't take a chance on it being correct.

But I am certain that they would stick to the terms and conditions of the scheme. For the cooker you do get a clean every year for the 5 years and I used it for the first time last November.

So I went to buy a condensing tumble dryer from Curry’s today on line, no option for free delivery, ranged for £35 down to £20 I kept scrolling and no free delivery, the tumble dryer was a 9kg Beko for £299, plus £20 delivery was the cheapest, so I went on EBay and saw a Hoover 9kg for £289 with Free delivery ...
