Jul 8, 2021 · I've bought a corner site in BDA auction in JP Nagar 8 phase, 2 block. Dimension is 2050 sq. feet. When checked to file property tax, I was shocked to see the property tax of 7300 Rs this year Just wanted to know is this tax amount correct or more for a vacant site in JP nagar 8 phase? I have recently paid the BDA property tax online and after payment receipt is generated with a challan number. if you have the challan number then you can search the same from BDA website. The message after payment will be as. "The Property Tax for the Challan Number xxxxxx has been Paid Successfully."
May 5, 2009 · The BDA Property Tax payment online has started to work ! https://propertytax.bdabangalore.org The portal is working now, I paid my taxes thru it. I think this is very convenient rather than physically going to the bank. please use this facility to be current on your taxes. Hope it helps..

Where can I check my khatha Transfer is Completed and I am the owner of the property in BBMP records? 2) The previous owner already paid the tax for 2013-14. When I searched in BBMPs online tax payment website with the New PID number, it is still showing the previous owner name as the owner of the property.
May 12, 2015 · Then I visited the relevant BBMP office and got the challan and paid in Canara Bank. My site is moved from F and E. And, the last year tax was 336/- (after 5% rebate) and this year, its become 707/- (after 5% rebate). They say 30% increase in Property Tax but in my case, it is increased by 110%..

What I heared from this forum is the BDA will send notice with chalan number to your address then you can take that chalan and pay the tax in the mentioned bank.
