Your exact Bali itinerary (exact hotel if staying in Nusa Dua /Benoa or Jimbaran) will determine where best to change. Rate in Bali is no commission.

The rate offered is same across a lot of places in Bali. I saw shops with same rate across airport, Kuta, Legian and Sanur. And the rate is 2-3% lower than Google rate!
