Feb 28, 2019 · Please try to reset the LoginState file by removing it with the steps outlined below: 1. With Windows Explorer browse to C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services . 2. Delete the file "LoginState.xml". 3. Restart Autodesk application and sign in using your valid email address.

Mar 17, 2022 · The above behavior is a major problem as I tend to work at times away from any available internet of WIFI, so would not be able to LOGIN. Almost all Autodesk software "check-in" with the mothership every 30-ish days or so, and always after an installation: this includes C3D. It's a licensing control/validation feature.
Dec 18, 2016 · Select "Manage Account" from the dropdown menu. On the "Account Management" page, click on the "Security" tab. Under the "Sessions" section, you'll see a list of all the devices where you are currently logged in. Click the "Log Out All" button to log out of your Autodesk Account on all devices. You will be asked to confirm your action.

Sep 16, 2023 · I was connected to the Internet. So, I signed out and restarted Revit. But now I can't sign in. I get the issue described on this page, Troubleshooting Articles (autodesk.com) , but none of the fixes apply or work. Revit (LT'23/LT'24) will no longer open. I'm on Win 11 Pro with the latest patches. OS build 22621.2283.
Oct 9, 2023 · I logged in into my Autodesk account in Microsoft edge instead of Google chrome, and then I created a team via Microsoft edge. Now I'm able to log in into Fusion 360. Report
