Sep 16, 2022 · Cons: They pull you off of long-term projects with no notice. Exams are hard and can be buggy (links broke). They say you will get a certain number of hours a week but it is sometimes half of that. Wages seems to be stuck at 10/hr unless you have wanted skills like linguistics.

May 28, 2021 · You can find it through that 3rd party website they use for paying. It's not paypal, but I just can't remember the name. If you were ever paid before, your ID should be in your payment details. You can also email them for getting your ID. Dont worry .

Jun 13, 2024 · Appen and SMS Verification Issue. I am new to Appen and I got accepted to a few projects. When I go to Appen Connect, it asks to send a SMS Verification Code to my phone number, but I never receive it. My number is correctly entered, I have cleared the cache and restarted my laptop, I'm using Chrome but have tried Safari and Firefox as well.

I started on Appen recently and ,at least for me personally, I don't think it's worth it. The pay isn't much and there aren't a lot of tasks that they give. Some tasks are only worth one cent in pay. So, unless you have lots of time to spare, I wouldn't suggest it. There is a site called Scribie.

I was excited to get started with Appen, but I'm unable to do any of my work and support isn't responding to me, so I thought I'd check with you guys and see if there's anything I can do. My Appen page is permanently stuck at "Status Information".
