So for Amazon's poor service and zero control on their team a seller should suffer in multiple way. Now I got my second order after 4 days, and again I am following up with the customer care from yesterday to pick it, but again no solution. Neither customer care team have any direct contact with pickup team nor they have any solution.
I am a seller on amazon from kolhapur,maharashtra,india. I had schedule a pickup at time 1pm tp 4pm slot and the pickup boy told me he got pickup timing 10am to 1pm and when i told him come after 5 mintue when he called me for pickup he rejected pickup and told i wont come to pickup your product i have other works drop it at our office.
Amazon hasn’t paid me for any of the orders I shipped since I started selling on the platform. It’s been two months now, and I have a balance of nearly 58,009 INR across my electronic and COD accounts. When I reached out to customer support, they said they would not be paying me this amount, despite my having fulfilled all orders as required.

Aug 14, 2024 · Your shipments will also shown as regular and material will also be saved, this will have to be done for fake buyers because Amazon does not help much. I also recently received an order in which the buyer phone number is 8 digits. Amazon customer care is saying that it has to be shipped to that particular address. What nonsense.
