1.Use my Aadhaar details to authenticate me from UIDAI. 2.Use my mobile number for sending SMS Alerts to me for seeding process. 3.Seed the Aadhaar number to all my accounts with Indian Bank.

Submit the form along with the photocopy of your Aadhaar card. 5. The bank will verify the details, and your account will be linked with Aadhaar.
