    The Miyagase Dam (宮ヶ瀬ダム, Miyagase damu) is a dam on the Nakatsu River, a main tributary of the Sagami River in Aikō District, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. It straddles the border between the village of Kiyokawa, town of Aikawa and the former town of Tsukui (now part of the city of Sagamihara).

    Miyagase Dam straddles the areas of Atsugi and Sagamihara in Kanagawa Prefecture. Built on the Nakatsu River, the dam covers an area of approximately 4.6 square kilometers, and is surrounded by parks and trails, with views of the Tanzawa mountain range.   2. Miyagase Dam has two different areas to visit. The top area along route 64 has a visitor center and views of the dam/lake from the top. You can also walk the many walking trails in that area. This is also the area where they have the Christmas tree lights.
