I've already applied and I think their results look quite good (40% A*-A, 25% 3 or more A grades) but I haven't gone to the open evening on the 25th September and there aren't any more open evenings.

A. michaelblob. 4. It isn't worth it, the environment is far too stressful, more than it needs to be. Yes, A levels are stressful either way, but Harris Westminster makes students terrified of doing badly, students' mental health plummets as soon as they enter the school, and the school's support system is inadequate.

Regarding the students, it's highly unlikely you will find someone from a private school. The sixth form proritises students from deprived backgrounds, but ironically there are some rich kids that you'll come across. But they still come from state schools most of the time.

Eg the Senate (like school council) , being a president of a society, student president, head boy, head girl, library manager, kitchen manger , toilet manager. LOADS which are great to mention in uni applications. Cons; 1) the fact that I live quite far and travelling home can be a nuisance especially if I’m tired.
