An obvious runway incursion is when someone is already on the runway and someone else gets in front of them...that's very obvious. (ie. Someone is departing and someone else crosses in front of them.)

They were talking with James Wembrandt (sp?) after OSH last year and he was talking about how he put his Mooney in for annual at the famous Mooney shop in Minnesota and they found some corrosion in the wing joints.

The last "innovation" I tested with them were wave-off style lights embedded into the runway to alert an arriving or departing aircraft that the runway was unsafe due to an incursion or predicted crossing traffic - these lights apparently are going to be installed at major airports this year.
