      • If on PC: -Right-click desktop -Click "Personalize" -On the "Background" tab, there should be a drop down that lets you choose Picture, Solid Color, or Slideshow. If you're experiencing the flicker issue, it's likely on Slideshow, so change it to one of the other ones.
