Install USB created with W10 22H2 creation tool will not boot even after validating and running the tool as admin. Several different USB stick were tried including brand new Samsung FIT. W10 22H2 won't boot.

If your intention is to make 300 GB drive an install media for installing Windows 10, then you can use the Media Creation Tool to do that.
