Once you are ready, plug the USB drive, go to Settings > Update and recovery > Recovery > Under Advanced startup click on Restart now. You will enter WinRE, select "Use a device" and select your USB so it boots from it.

If I use the “upgrade this pc now” option in the windows 10 media creation tool, and select “don’t keep anything” will it be able to wipe my disk and install windows 10 properly?
