   • You don't buy a game on steam, you buy a license, and that license can be taken from you without any warning & at any point in time. They could go bankrupt, what would lawsuits achieve then?    How do I reinstall steam?

   • All you need to do when you reinstall Steam is head over to the "Downloads" page (bottom of the window), go into the settings and set the game files directory. Once it's set, all your games will appear as installed and ready to be played. At least, that was my personal experience.
