It's Ridley Scott's ultimate vision of what the film should be, so if you want the full, proper Blade Runner experience, and only watch Blade Runner once in your life, make sure it's the Final Cut. Just for the sake of novelty, you could check out the other versions of the film afterward.
The best two to watch are Blade Runner and Blade Runner 2049. Now that leaves another 2047 movies in between, although if you don’t like musicals you can skip Blade Runner 305 to Blade Runner 505.
