As a next step, participants recommended convening a multi-stakeholder group through an open, public process to better articulate SDOH data use cases. In response, SIREN, with sponsorship from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, initiated the Gravity Project: A Social Determinants of Health Coding Collaborative.
