Add the D:\Games folder there and restart Steam. Steam should then be able to find the installed games again. Share.

Apr 20, 2017 · Ensure that Steam thinks the game is not installed. Close Steam just to be sure. Copy the game files to SteamApps\common\<game_name>, where <game_name> is to be found out via googling/equivalent. In my specific instance, this was Batman Arkham City GOTY. Launch Steam and install the game.

If games is not on main drive of the OS, simply go into Steam settings folder, and point to the Steam folder that are ok the other drive's, then restart Steam. Jul 27, 2017 · Go to your Steam folder and open it up. Then find the steamapps folder and open that up. There should be .acf files in there for each game you previously had installed on the other drive. If the support page does not help and you do not have the .acf files, continue to the common folder and find a game folder (hopefully you have these at least).
