The Role of Intention. The most crucial element in any spell is your intention. Before casting a spell, be clear about what you wish to achieve.
- Purify yourself and your place. Before casting a spell, your body energy and mind energy must be in tune, and free from any negative energy, resentment, anger, hate, discomfort, and distraction.
- Protect yourself. You can cast a protection spell to protect yourself or you have a protecting bath, or you can simply skip this part if you feel that you do not need protection.
