You could ask the first if you had no information and wanted to know if they had met anyone famous recently. You could ask the second if you believed they had met someone famous recently.
Aug 22, 2008 · Here the difference is inconsequential. For all practical purposes it's 1:1. And now to the more formal term: Results 1 - 10 of about 25,000 for "to have sexual intercourse" +somebody. Results 1 - 10 of about 116,000 for "to have sexual intercourse" +someone. The ratio is nearly 5:1 for someone to somebody.

While gives the sense of during a period of time, while when has more of the sense of at a moment in time, although that's really not the case. While just seems to put more emphasis on duration.
Mar 16, 2012 · English - British. Mar 16, 2012. #3. Neither is idiomatic English. Try "Who wants a drink?" or "Does anybody want a drink?" or "Does anybody want something to drink?" All of these are normal, and can be used for the offer of either alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.

I know that anybody is equal to anyone and somebody is equal to someone. (correct me if I'm mistaken) My doubt is whether the use of someone/somebody in an interrogative question is correct or not ...
