Sky Bandits are found at Skytown District 2, and is found surrounding a tall building. The Sky Bandits are all of the Skypian race, and is wields the most variety of weapons in the game as of Update 1. They wield the Shotgun, Katana, Bazooka, Pistol, and Combat.
Teza is a NPC that sells people with the Skypian race the ability Sky Glide. To learn more about Sky Glide, click on the link. Sky Glide - 10000 Peli Teza is on the top of The Tree, which is really hard to climb if you don't have Sky Jump from Black Leg or Geppo from Rokushiki.
