This puzzle has 4 axis around which moves can be preformed (comparing to 3 axis in a Rubik's Cube), and it is comprised of 10 tetrahedral parts and 4 octahedral parts. The tips of the puzzle are usually reffered to as "trivial" becuase each of them has only 3 possible orientations and can be solved very easily.
Like our Rubik's Revenge Solver (4x4x4), this solver was programmed to use the "reduction method" - meaning it will solve the centers and edge pieces first, then solve the rest of the puzzle as if it was a normal Rubik's Cube (3x3x3).
The Mirror Cube, aka the Bump Cube is a derivative of the original Rubik's Cube. While having the exact same mechanism, the Rubik's Cube parts all have the same size but differ from one another with the help of colorful stickers, the Mirror Cube is the exact opposite.
