Apr 20, 2020 · The pdf does not move into another folder of off of the desktop. I also tried to drag it to Recycle bin but it won't budge off of the desktop. I tried changing the name to Test.pdf and it does stick. The pdf is a downloaded online pdf document from the government of Canada's Service.ca website. Open to the public to download.
