On the PC you’re sharing from, select Start , and then select Settings > System > Nearby sharing . Choose whether you’d like to be able to share and receive files with everyone, or only your own devices (where you are logged in with your Microsoft account).
Select Start > Settings > System > Shared experiences, and make sure Nearby sharing option is enabled. Choose to share with Everyone nearby or My devices only as needed. Reset Bluetooth or Wi-Fi: Toggle Bluetooth or Wi-Fi off and back on again to refresh discoverability.
