Jun 24, 2015 · If I check bing.com in at 09:00, I can see today's Bing image. I have Bing Desktop enabled to change wallpaper. Bing Desktop changes wallpaper each day around 15:00. Is this the same for everyone else? Should I expect the wallpaper to change earlier in the day? Other info:
