Feb 19, 2019 · He has been in Australia for the first part of his 3 months and will be coming back next month again. He does not have the No further stay condition attached to his visa. Based on the fact that he does not have a No further stay condition, I am planning to apply for the regular Aged parent visa subclass 804 as I cannot atm afford to pay for the contributory one.
