The app is lousy, trying to mislead and commit fraud on the customer by offering fares that Cleartrip is unable to honour. Horrible experience. Vow not to use Cleartrip ever for flight booking. Date of experience: July 03, 2024.
Cleartrip Scam, Avoid! I have booked a ticket on Cleartrip which promised free-rescheduling upto 2 hours (for which they charged extra money) .Recheduling itself is a pain and then I had to call customer care and after multiple holds and wait time, was told some lame excuses why rescheduling cannot happen and I have to forfeit the ticket.

One of the worst and scam company who doesn't provide refund even if you cancellation for any emergncy and within 1 hour of booking. They play on the airlines fare rules whereas Cleartrip is third party service provider not airlines. Don't book here guys your money will stuck incase of any emergency.
