I tried to reschedule last 1 hour and found earlier one which is 19 May2023. if you want to find earliest appointment, you should keep trying to reschedule every 10 minutes. Good luck. I applied in july 2023 from toronto, got an appointment date for july 2025. in june 2024 I got an email saying I was eligible for an earlier appointment, the only one available was in vancouver for july 30 2024. I just got back from Vancouver and my visa as approved on the spot with no interview, no supporting documents.
Aug 8, 2022 · I started the application in July 2023 and have been rescheduling when I could. Initially, I got Oct 2024 time slot for Vancouver but kept checking for earlier. Received an email from Vancouver Consulate titled "You might qualify to schedule an earlier U.S. Visa appointment " and was able to reschedule for April 2024 same day.

So, I had to reschedule it. After that, I rescheduled it twice. Now, my date is June 2024 and I am not getting any option to reschedule the appt but cancel the appt.
