It is not possible to permanently display the clock that shows the date and time on the desktop. Please reply to us if you face any issues with Windows in future.

On the resulting page, click Date and Time Formats at the bottom. Set the Short and Long time formats to the one with the capital H. Capital H - 24 hour clock. Lowercase h = 12 Hour clock.
