Feb 7, 2013 · In Word 2010, keep the landscape orientation of the document. In Word's print pane, select '1 Page Per Sheet'. In Word's print pane, click 'Printer Properties'. In my HP printer's properties, on the 'Printing Shortcuts' tab, I select '2 pages per sheet'. Click 'OK' to close the printer properties window. Back in Word, click the 'Print' button.
Currently, this is done with a two-page document set up to print two pages per sheet, and it is printed once and then re-fed into the printer upside down and printed again. The net result of this manual duplexing process is that when the paper is cut in half, page 1 shows up on one side of each half, and page two shows up on the other side.

Oct 13, 2015 · Resolved it by 1. ensuring duplex print is set, selecting the required tabs, Select "Print Active Sheets" then, and this is the odd bit, select "Page Setup" then "Options" click "OK" then "OK" again, which seems like you haven't really done anything, then print. This works for me when printing duplex to a Canon Pixma. Share.
